MISTY LAKE OVERVIEW

Misty Lake subdivision is a quiet community on the Indianapolis North side. It is located south of Emily Drive, north of 91st Street, west of Ditch Road and east of Chelsea Village Lake. Misty Lake was established in the early 1980's by Jonathan Homes and Ryland Homes and consists of one and two story contemporary style residences. The neighborhood is wooded through-out and includes peaceful "Misty Lake" as well as a sweeping green space along Emily Drive.

LIFESTYLE

The Misty Lake residents have a strong pride of ownership and sense of community. On any given evening you will see dog walkers out along Emily Drive, kids on bikes, parents with baby strollers making their way down the sidewalks of Misty Lake Drive and of course the ever present hum of lawn mowers.

CONVENIENCE

Most major retail options are a very short drive from your front door. Shopping and dining are minutes away but, thanks to solid zoning, you would never know it when you are home.
