on Ditch Road has been dedicated as a park! Some of you
may recall that at one time it was being considered as a
potential relocation site for the Fire Department.

2010 HOMEOWNERS
DUES
Your
Homeowner Assessment for 2010 is now due and participation by all residents is crucial. MLHA operates at a
nearly zero sum budget. This means that there is little
or no carry over from year to year. The majority of dues
go to pay for our snow removal during the year.

You may
pay your homeowners dues on-line through the secure
services of PayPay. You do not need a PayPal account to
take advantage of this option.

-You can get the latest school closing and delay
information in the "Schools & Closings" section of the
website.
-Residents who are planning a garage sale, have an
unneeded household item or have a nonprofessional
service to offer may post those free of charge. Choose “Classifieds” from the main
menu.
-The $40.00 annual resident assessment is actually LESS
than it was in 1986 when the neighborhood was formed.
